Pamukkale, Turkey

Pamukkale is a town located in western Turkey. It is well known for the mineral-rich thermal waters flowing down white travertine terraces on a nearby hillside. This mineral has formed white water pools over the thousand years. It is absolutely much more than hot pools. Creamy white travertine pools of carbonated water and solidified calcium make it one of the top destinations of Turkey.
